PRIVACY POLICY FOR VBILITI APPS

This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications developed and published by Vito Biliti.

I respect your privacy and am committed to protecting it. My applications are designed to minimize data collection. However, some of my applications utilize third-party services (such as Google AdMob) that collect technical data to serve advertisements and support app performance.

1. Information Collection and Use

A. Information Collected Automatically

I do not require you to create an account or submit personal identification (such as your name or address) to use my applications. However, certain non-personal data is collected automatically by third-party services integrated into my apps:

Device Identifiers: Operating system version, device model, screen resolution, and unique advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID / AAID).

Usage & Diagnostic Data: IP address, crash logs, app performance metrics, and feature interactions.

B. Information You Provide Directly

If you contact me directly for customer support, bug reporting, or feedback, I will collect your email address and the contents of your message solely to respond to your request.
2. Third-Party Services & Advertising

My applications integrate third-party software development kits (SDKs) to provide core infrastructure, platform stability, and monetization. These third parties collect and process data in accordance with their own privacy policies:

Google AdMob: Displays advertisements within my applications. AdMob uses device advertising IDs (AAID) and non-precise location data to serve relevant or non-personalized ads.

3. How Information Is Used

Collected data is used for the following purposes:

Operating, maintaining, and improving application performance.

Serving and measuring advertisements through Google AdMob.

Providing customer support and troubleshooting bugs reported by users.

Ensuring security and preventing fraud or abuse.

4. Children’s Privacy

My applications are intended for general audiences and are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU). I do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact me at [Your Email Address]. If I discover that a child under the required age has provided personal data, I will delete it immediately.

5. Opting Out of Personalised Ads

You can control or disable the use of your device’s advertising ID for targeted ads at any time:

Android: Settings > Google > Ads > select "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization".

iOS: Settings > Privacy > Tracking > toggle off tracking permissions for specific apps.

Opting out will not remove ads from my applications; it simply ensures the ads displayed are non-personalized.

6. Data Security & Storage

I do not store personal user data on private servers. All diagnostic, performance, and ad data collected by integrated services (like Google) is handled and secured directly by those third-party providers according to their security standards.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any updates will be posted directly to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
